Student Angler Tournament Trail
The Student Angler Tournament Trail is a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing fishing opportunities and environmental awareness for students, youth and schools through competition, scholarships, education, and mentoring opportunities. We hope to create a passion for the outdoors for the students and their families.
Our goal is to provide quality opportunities for High School anglers to compete and learn more about the sport of fishing. Thinking about getting involved? Please read over our Rules and Forms.
REGISTRATION for each event will open on a Thursday approximately 6 weeks before the event. Each event shows the date and time registration will open.
Boat Captains are also required to register before they fish an event, and only have to register once. Boat Captains are a critical piece to a team and to the SATT. Each boat in an event will have two students and one Boat Captain. The primary responsibility of the Boat Captain is safety for the students and the team. Boat captains will be responsible to know all the rules and insure they are adhered to. They may help the students by netting fish, they are allowed to run the trolling motor if needed, and will be responsible to insure fish are entered into the CRR App by them, or the students.
After each competition the Results will be posted on our website. Also, send us images of your big catch and be featured on our Brag Board! Also keep up with all the latest news on our Blog.
We are excited to announce our second annual Boat Raffle and this year grand prize is a Lund 1775 Adventure SS, 90 Mercury ELPT! Drawing will beheld on Sunday, September 15th at 5 PM at Pokegama Golf Course.
